Plain-language beta agreement. A formal version will replace this when the venture is incorporated; your acceptance of this version is recorded with its version number.

By creating an account, you agree to the following as a closed-beta tester of MVP Playoff Fantasy ("the venture" — currently an unincorporated project of its founders):

1. 1.Closed beta. This is a private, invitation-based test. Access, features, and data may change or be reset at any time without notice.
2. 2.Confidentiality. Don't share non-public details of the product — features, designs, plans, or data — with anyone outside the beta.
3. 3.No public sharing. Don't post screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of the app publicly (social media, forums, press) without the founders' written OK.
4. 4.Ownership. All product ideas, designs, code, and content belong to the venture. Feedback you give may be used freely by the venture without obligation.
